Twenty one years ago today we said good-bye to our families and boarded a plane for Caracas, Venezuela. Caleb was 2 1/2 and Seth was 14 months old. Vern and I were 24 years old and we were pretty excited for all that God had ahead of us. It's been an amazing journey and we are so thankful for the privilege we had to serve the Lord overseas. This picture was our prayer card picture right before we left.
