Better Late Then Never, Part Two

While we were gone this summer we not only missed Zachary's birthday but Seth's as well. Therefore tonight was the night we set aside to celebrate Seth's 22nd birthday. We would have liked to celebrate it earlier but it took me awhile to find the special cheese he needed for the meal he picked for his birthday meal. It is now time to pack the streamers and birthday banners away until December. Although, certainly I will be able to pull out the streamers for something before December. (smile)

Happy Belated Birthday Seth!

Saturday was Seth’s 22^nd birthday. I did not forget about it but we had no Internet where we were staying so I was not able to post this blog. Twenty Two years ago God blessed us with our second child, Seth. Since there was an emergency c-section being done at the same time I was delivering they were down on nurses and so as soon as Seth was born he was placed into the arms of his dad to hold while the doctor and nurse were busy with other things. He fell asleep right away in his dad’s arms. The nurse was so relieved to have an experienced dad in the delivery room. You would never know it now but Seth was our heaviest newborn weighing in at 8 pounds. Where has the time gone? Happy Birthday Seth! We wish we could have been there to help you celebrate! We love you and are glad you are our son.

Will Work For School Bill

Today was the first official day of classes for Seth and Zachary at Bible school. They will also start filling out applications and applying for jobs so they can pay off their school bills. If you think of them, pray that they will both find jobs in the near future. THANKS!

Happy 21st. Birthday Seth! Well, it is a little bit after midnight and since you are working the grave yard shift, looks like you are ushering in your birthday at working making ice cream sandwiches. We'll help you celebrate later after you come home and sleep. We love you and are so thankful God brought you into our family 21 years ago.
