Will Work For School Bill

Today was the first official day of classes for Seth and Zachary at Bible school. They will also start filling out applications and applying for jobs so they can pay off their school bills. If you think of them, pray that they will both find jobs in the near future. THANKS!

Moving In

Although we all felt bagged, Saturday morning found us unloading the van and helping the boys move into their rooms. Seth is in a room with seven other guys and Zachary is in a room with four other guys. Although they both changed rooms from last semester their rooms are kiddie corner from each other. Caleb was at school helping move his brother-in-law in so it was nice for our paths to cross for a few minutes. Although we will miss Seth and Zachary it will be nice for them to be closer to Caleb again and they always enjoying hanging out with him.

New Tribes Bible Institute Graduation 2007

This past Friday night I attended New Tribes Bible Institute graduation in Waukesha, WI. This is the school Vern and I attended many years ago. Many things have changed but the heart of the Bible school is still the same. They are all about training and equipping people for tribal missions. Although many students don't go on with New Tribes Mission they spend two years being rooted and grounded in the Word of God.

As an ending to the graduation the graduating class came up and sang together. It was very moving.

Seth's worship team played for the graduation. Several of the people on the worship team were graduating so it was the last time they were going to play together.

This is Lisa Robinson (one of the graduates) and her parents Lew and Deb. They were all here a couple of years ago as they went through the missionary training here in Canada. It was SOOO good to connect with them again and to hear how things were going for them in Brazil. Congratulations Lisa! Keep pressing on!

It is always great to connect with Seth and Zachary. It was nice to meet some of their friends. Some of whom they might not see again as the graduates will of course not be returning again in the fall.

What's new with Vern and Holly
