While we were gone this summer we not only missed Zachary's birthday but Seth's as well. Therefore tonight was the night we set aside to celebrate Seth's 22nd birthday. We would have liked to celebrate it earlier but it took me awhile to find the special cheese he needed for the meal he picked for his birthday meal. It is now time to pack the streamers and birthday banners away until December. Although, certainly I will be able to pull out the streamers for something before December. (smile)

I'm curious to know what birthday meal Seth picked and what the special cheese was?
It is a Mennonite meal that calls for a dry cottage cheese. The dry cottage cheese is a lot different then the normal stuff. Since I take the cheese and put it inside this dough and seal it, you don't want the cottage cheese to be runny or the dough balls won't seal.
