I have introduced you to some of the foods that Vern and some of our children enjoy eating. Therefore I thought I would introduce you to something that is high on my list of foods I enjoy eating. It is the BEST black licorice in the world. I have a love for black licorice and a few years ago when we were in Venezuela Vern's brother Murray came to visit. I don't think he even knew I loved black licorice but he brought us a bag of Darell Lea black licorice. And thus began my love affair with Darrell Lea black licorice. It is just so amazingly soft and delicious.(It is also 98% fat free.) It is made in Australia. When Murray came to visit in June he brought me back several bags of this treat. I have been rationing myself to only eating a piece every couple of days so that this treat would last longer. So all you black licorice lovers out there, you must try some Darrell Lea black licorice and it will change your taste buds forever.
