Vern's family is all quite spread out and we don't get to see each other that much. The last time the family was all together was sevens years ago. We really treasure all the time we get with family. Vern's brother Murray, who lives in Australia is here right now. Since we have never made it over there for a visit is it so cool that our time here in B.C. is overlapping. We wanted to give him a warm welcome so we met him at the airport with our party horns. Since he had been up for over 24 hours with traveling I think we gave him a bit of a shock when he walked out of his gate and he heard these squeaky horns.

It is true, all my party supplies comes from the dollar store. It is such a good buy compared to a party store. Plus, so many of the party supplies you get at the dollar store can be recycled and used again for another party. It is like the gift that keeps on giving!
