Barry Challinor is presently teaching a class entitled “New Testament Church Principles”. In this class he addresses topics that pertain to Biblical foundations for planting a church. Qualifications for Elders and Deacons and leadership principles are just some of the topics looked at in this module.
In the "Foundations for Living Class" Vern just finished presenting a module on "Parenting". We went through many topics such as : being consistent, being an aware parent with constant concern, teaching your child respect: for authority, for the feelings of others, for the property of others, and for the rights of others. Being a parent is one of the greatest joys we have have experienced. But along with that comes a lot of responsibility. God has entrusted us with
our dear children and it is a life long job to disciple and encourage our children to grow up to love the Lord and to walk with Him. If you think of Vern and I, we would appreciate your prayers as we parent our dear children.
