Today is Valentine’s Day. Maybe you are a hopeless romantic and are totally into this “Holiday”. Maybe you feel like the whole Valentine’s Day is a big commercialized “holiday” and you choose to ignore the day all together. For some people this is a very sad day as they don’t yet have that special person in their life. Maybe you did at one time but that person is no longer around. Where ever you are in respect to this day, we can rest in that fact that WE ARE LOVED with an everlasting love. No person in this world can meet all of our needs and love us with a pure love. However you end up spending this day, I hope you know you are LOVED and totally accepted by the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no greater love than what he has to offer us. Enjoy your day surrounded by His LOVE. And as you go about your day, why not reach out to someone around you and let them know they are loved and appreciated.

Happy Valentine's Day
Our Valentine's Day started out early this morning as we were on the road all day. As I got in the car there was a Valentine's card on my seat! How special to know my hubby carried that all the way from Canada to surprise me this morning. What a wonderful way to start out the day. Here are some shots of our Valentine's Day Road Trip.

Happy Valetine's Day!

It is our family tradition to have a nice Valentine's breakfast. Most of the time we have red waffles of pancakes. Ruth had used all the red food coloring last night to make red chocolate chip cookies for her class and Titus'. So we had waffles that I cut into hearts instead. While I was working on the waffles I heard some thing out side. What an awesome surprise to see two men working on shoveling our path! That sure was a neat way to start the day. At class this morning Rosie and John bought down a snack for the class. Some wonderful heart shaped and decorated cookies! Yum, Yum! (Those are the cookies I have in the picture.) Then while I was getting lunch ready I got a phone call from my hubby! WOW! (Thanks so much for praying for him, his time in Venezuela is going well.) This day is really turning out nice. Before Vern had left, he told me where he put some Valetine's cards for the kids and I. We opened them at breakfast this morning. How sweet of him to remember us like that and to get that phone call. I hope you are having a very Happy Valetine's Day doing some thing special for a family member or a friend letting them know how important they are in your life.
