For those of you who have been following my blog, you will remember that about a month before our grand daughter arrived our family made up a little "Baby Stats" chart. Everyone put in their guess for what day our grand daughter would arrive, at what time of the day, what her weight would be, what the sex would be, and how long she would be. The family was split as far as the sex and several people were close on the length since she was between a couple of guesses. However, Seth was the winner on what day she would be born. Caleb guessed her weight exactly so he was the winner on that one. Then Vern was the closest for her arrival time during the day. So what were the prizes given out to the winners? It was lunch out at A & W. Seth's prize was the "Uncle Burger Meal", Caleb's prize was the "Pa Pa Burger Meal", and Vern's was the "Grandpa Burger Meal". For anyone not familiar with A & W, those meals I mentions are actual meals on the A & W menu. The guys went out for their celebration treat the other day. It was a perfect treat to celebrate Auroralyn's arrival.
